Job Summary:

The Admin. Patient Care Supervisor plays a critical role in the administration of the hospital, overseeing the entire facility during 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays. This individual must demonstrate a high level of initiative and creativity, serving as a clinical resource for the nursing staff while managing the hospital effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hospital operations during designated shifts
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure quality healthcare services are delivered to patients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve hospital goals
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree preferred, Bachelors degree required or proof of academic achievement toward Bachelors degree
  • Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as an RN
  • Must have and maintains CPR certification
  • NRP ACLS certified within one year of hire date
