Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $15.00 per hour. As a full-time employee working 30+ hours/week, you can enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

Job Responsibilities

This Community Services Supervisor role is critical to our success in providing top-notch care and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in various administrative duties, such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
  2. Supervising a team of caregivers who support individuals in our program.
  3. Providing assistance with daily activities like meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care to individuals receiving our services.
  4. Duties are divided between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
  5. Facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Other licensure or certification may be required by regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
