Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prepare detailed repair estimates
  • Collaborate with management to source, order, and monitor parts
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks
  • Ensure compliance with Direct Repair Program (DRP) standards
  • Manage pre-closure and finalize repair orders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the collision repair industry, specifically in estimating
  • Familiarity with CCC ONE Total Repair Platform
  • I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old
