Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our services in customers' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH services in customers' homes, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments.
