Job Summary

DISH is seeking a skilled Cable Installation Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining DISH's cutting-edge smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH's smart home systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DISH products and services, ensuring accurate and efficient installations
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights (up to 40 feet)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
