As a key member of the engineering team, reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will oversee capital projects that are in line with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve adhering to established protocols and company policies to ensure optimal asset utilization. You will manage multiple projects concurrently within the facility.

Key Responsibilities - Your Role Includes:
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI.
  • Engaging with external partners such as equipment suppliers, construction firms, engineering service providers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Traveling to various manufacturing sites, vendor locations, and engineering service providers as necessary to fulfill project requirements.
  • Executing assigned projects by employing a structured engineering workflow.
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with our operational needs.
  • Managing project planning, deliverables, reporting, and budget forecasts to guarantee successful completion within defined cost, schedule, and performance criteria.
Qualifications - You Should Have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Project Management.
  • At least five years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally.
