Job Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and acting as a patient advocate. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Participate in patient and family teaching, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' rights and needs are respected and met
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license
  • BLS required, or obtained during the first week of hire
  • ACLS required or must be obtained within 12 months from the date of hire
