Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to cultivate a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist clients in selecting the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become a trusted vehicle expert, familiar with all offerings and technologies.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance assessments.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence to the workplace every day.

Qualifications

  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A self-motivated and ambitious approach is preferred.
  • Willingness to quickly learn about new products and improve skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with both customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
