We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Building Blocks Learning Center. As an Infant and Toddler Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in infants and toddlers.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Assess and monitor individual progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement early childhood educational programs.
- Ensure the health and safety of students, adhering to accident prevention and health policies.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience working with early childhood students in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
