Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of unit policies and procedures
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Acute Care experience required
- Current New Jersey RN license
- Current AHA BLS Certification
