Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Specialist to join our team at Hardy Industries. As an IT Field Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT field support or related field
  • A+ certification or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of networking fundamentals
