We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Remodel Laborer to join our team at Spar Group. As a Retail Store Remodel Laborer, you will be responsible for remodeling and maintaining retail stores overnight, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remodel and maintain retail stores overnight, including building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures.
  • Work with Plan-O-Grams to ensure accurate product placement and signage.
  • Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics as needed.
  • Engage in physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours (9PM - 6AM).
  • Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelf.
  • Planogram experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
  • Steel-toed footwear required for job site safety.
