Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Cashier to join our team at Mountain Valley Mall in Conway, NH. As a Sales Associate Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
