POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Vehicle Specialist

SUPERVISOR: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Vehicle Specialist is responsible for surpassing Member and Guest expectations by delivering prompt and courteous service while performing vehicle cleaning tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Members and Guests
  • Encourage new Memberships and promote special offers
  • Thoroughly vacuum vehicles, including floor mats, carpets, and hard-to-reach areas
  • Carefully wipe down both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are clean
  • Apply protective wax and tire dressing as needed
  • Ensure all windows, both inside and out, are spotless
  • Report any issues or incidents to the Manager promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and restrooms
  • Assist Detail Employees when required, particularly during slower periods

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Capability to work in various positions and postures
  • Effective multitasking skills
