NPC Global Corporation seeks a highly skilled Procurement Director to lead our procurement activities and manage the purchasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving process improvements in procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic procurement plans to ensure effective acquisition of packaging materials.
• Analyze procurement expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purchasing team.
• Identify and implement process improvements in procurement operations.
• Lead and support the purchasing team in inventory management, maintaining accurate records, executing day-to-day procurement tasks, communicating with suppliers, and adhering to established processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in packaging materials.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills and experience in team management.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. Additionally, NPC Global Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, generous holiday and PTO policy, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
