The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing monthly financial reports, including analysis and commentary.
  • Managing cost accounting activities.
  • Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and receipts.
  • Administering employee benefits plans, including health insurance and the 401(k) retirement plan.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • The ability to evaluate information, predict the impact of possible solutions, and recommend actions to support the company's goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • A strong background in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

This position offers a competitive base salary, incentive income, and a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacations and holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
