The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in hardware, physical network setup, and verbal/written communication skills. They will also be highly analytical, with superior attention-to-detail, self-motivated, and a positive, humble attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware/Server Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and server issues using Linux and Windows command-line interfaces.
  • Physical Network Setup: Configure and maintain physical network infrastructure, including Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 networks.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve network issues using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
  • Lifting and Moving: Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs, with assistance for heavier items.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+.
