We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Engineer to join our team at LanceSoft. As an Aircraft Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and investigating pertinent design factors on F-16 retrofit and production engineering design, 3-D models and drawings including all related design data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and investigate design factors on F-16 retrofit and production engineering design
  • Verify all features are of one interpretation, complete and adequate for downstream users
  • Ensure engineering design, models/drawings and related data meet all contractual, company, and Program requirements
  • Utilize working knowledge and application experience of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing based on ASME Y14.5 along with ASME Y14.100 Engineering Drawing Practices
  • Work in a model centric environment and be efficient with PC operations and MS Office Suite
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Engineering (mechanical, aeronautical, chemical, etc)
  • CATIA experience
  • Experience with ASME Y14.100 Drawings, and Y14.5 GD&T, prior drawing and model checking, design, and engineering change process experience
