Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
2. Licensure:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Connecticut.
3. Experience:
Recent clinical experience in long-term care, acute care, or home care is preferred.
4. Skills:
Demonstrated teamwork and observational skills are essential. Familiarity with MDS and Care Planning is advantageous in skilled nursing settings.
5. Certifications:
Current CPR certification is mandatory.
