We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
  • Teach and counsel residents on health promotion and wellness
  • Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
  • Complete monthly in-service training as required
Requirements:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State
  • Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain positive working relationships
