Key Responsibilities
  • Nutrition Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Culinary Leadership: Collaborate with staff to create high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of residents.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss statements and budgeting for the account.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and QAPI programs to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) is required.
  • Experience: At least one year of food service management experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certified or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, EMR, and tray card system use.
