Job Responsibilities
This role involves performing general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned properties. Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas, including disinfecting surfaces and washing dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Stocking towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms, folding laundry, and putting it away as needed.
• Picking up and emptying trash containers, loading washer and dryer as necessary, and notifying maintenance if equipment is not functioning correctly.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being an asset.
• A valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic multitasking abilities.
• A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
