As a Principal Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and integrating innovative AI/ML features for Photoshop.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring research code into production-quality solutions.
- Contributing to the technical roadmap and strategy of Photoshop, partnering with the leadership team to drive innovation and excellence.
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a strong background in computer science, software development, and AI/ML. Your skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development and shipping large-scale successful software.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++11 and above, as well as software architecture, coding, and design.
- In-depth knowledge of digital imaging and computer vision algorithms.
- Passionate about imaging and photography.
- Excellent communication skills to convey sophisticated technical concepts.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $193,900 - $362,400 annually, based on your location and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
