Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Ansible Government Solutions. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing patient specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections from patients of all age groups.
  • Collect urine drug screen samples, paternity samples, and breath/saliva alcohol testing samples.
  • Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and microscopes.
  • Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a patient service technician/phlebotomist.
  • 2-3 years of phlebotomist experience in an acute care setting preferred.
