Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver linens, towels, and other amenities to guest rooms and public areas.
  • Receive and store housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of linen rooms and storage closets, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-organized.
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Perform other duties as required by management, including participating in pre-shift meetings and adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
