  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, records, and files.
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality control employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into the production process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality or industrial engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.
