Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality plans for all customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, records, and files.
- Develop and implement training programs for quality control employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into the production process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality requirements are met.
- Manage and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quality or industrial engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing plant shop environment.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.
