Continental Automotive Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts and a pioneer in automated driving. We're seeking a skilled Automotive Development Engineer to join our team in Warren, MI.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of project timing for the development of automotive parts. Maintain customer open issues lists and provide customer interface and communications on all program activities. Work with customers to integrate system components into vehicle environment and support the release of documents and drawings per customer system requirements.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, plus 2 years of related work experience. Experience with the automotive development process, using Catia or AutoCAD in an engineering position, manufacturing or designing automotive products, and using CAD tools to create and update customer drawings per customer system requirements. Must have 1 year of experience communicating with customers to integrate vehicle components into vehicle environment.

What We Offer

Full-time employment, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week. Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.
