At All-Star Sports Academy, we're on a mission to inspire and mentor young athletes. As a Baseball Instructor, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced coach to join our team as a Baseball Instructor. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for delivering 1:1 lessons, supporting programs with multiple players, and developing long-term player relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction to individual athletes, focusing on their development and improvement.
  • Support and lead programs with multiple players, ensuring excellent service and a positive experience.
  • Develop and manage your book of athletes, building strong relationships and promoting long-term growth.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to our curriculum, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and strategies.
  • Interact with youth athletes and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in business development goals, contributing to the growth and success of our training center.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for athletes.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Cooking, teaching, or instructing experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with youth athletes or developing child-to-adolescent age groups is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented approach are necessary.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as lift up to 25 lbs.
Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
