Job Title: BCBA - Greater Raleigh Area (In-Home Services)

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Connect n Care ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting functional and skill-based assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD and have a strong background in ABA, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD
  • At least 1 year of experience in home-based ABA services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
