We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Kids in Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans.

The BCBA will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
What We Offer:
  • $80,000 per year with planned increases every year.
  • 120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries.
