Job Title: Certified Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency team at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) by Ethos Veterinary Health in Racine, WI.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our veterinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including phlebotomy, medication calculations, and radiology positioning.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced emergency setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a veterinary hospital setting.
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including phlebotomy, medication calculations, and radiology positioning.
