Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting problematic manufacturing processes and creating functional processes to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Create functional processes to produce high-quality products
  • Collaborate with the team to implement changes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of CNC machining and CAM software
  • Support the design of multistep manufacturing processes to produce specified products


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a CNC machining environment
  • Self-starter with ability to take personal ownership of projects
  • Hands-on experience working with CNC lathes and millers
  • Ability to edit G code CNC programs manually and via CAM software
  • MS Office product expertise
  • Exposure and understanding of Lean manufacturing philosophy
