About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Cole Health. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to children with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
