Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and hydraulic systems, including engines, transmissions, and differentials.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, inspection, and repair of equipment components.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures and operating standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, as well as safety protocols and regulations.
