About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and support their overall development. You will also collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options available. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that promote the well-being and independence of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver ABA therapy services to clients in their homes and communities.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
