About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a front-line caregiver, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and compassion
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing (A.D.N., BSN, or diploma from an accredited program)
  • A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required
