Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
  • Educate patients on home dialysis modalities, including peritoneal and hemodialysis, to promote independence and comfort
  • Collaborate with Nephrologists to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct educational workshops to ensure healthcare professionals are up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices
  • Monitor patient progress, lab results, and safety protocols to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Participate in rotating on-call shifts to provide 24/7 support for patients and families
Requirements:
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) with current state licensure
  • At least 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in renal care
  • Additional 3 months of experience in specific modality training
  • Valid Driver's License and current CPR certification
  • BLS certification and ability to interpret documents, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
