We are seeking a reliable and skilled Box Truck Driver to join our team at the Pasadena Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) Warehouse. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up items from our stores, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow daily routing directions and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Manage time effectively to complete routes within the approved work schedule.
  • Load and unload trucks safely, and assist in the loading/unloading of other trucks as needed.
  • Handle donated materials with care, using proper handling procedures and personal protective equipment.
  • Train and supervise truck helpers, promoting good work habits and a positive work environment.
  • Perform pre- and post-checks on vehicles, reporting any issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating donors and customers with courtesy and respect.
  • Report accidents, injuries, or property damage to the supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations, state and local laws, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment used for daily route information.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
