\tConducting thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues and staying updated on tax legislation.
\tPreparing and reviewing tax-related documents, agreements, and filings to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
\tCollaborating with other attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
\tAssisting in structuring investments, corporations, joint ventures, LLCs and partnerships from a tax perspective.

\tA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

\tExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
