Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage intricate cross-departmental program execution within a large organizational framework, collaborating with product management, user experience, software engineering, hardware, firmware, quality assurance, and data science from initial development stages to customer launch.
  • Formulate and maintain comprehensive program plans, coordinating across various teams and domains to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Lead product launch and release activities concerning models, firmware, and comprehensive software features and deliverables.
  • Drive and shape technical strategies, proactively identify potential risks, devise mitigation plans, align priorities, and set the direction for a wide-ranging cross-functional area.
  • Establish best practices and key performance indicators to ensure project success, designing and scaling solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear communications for program stakeholders and executive management.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical program manager, engineering manager, or product manager, with a focus on software development.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, virtual assistants, and machine learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in defining and enhancing software engineering processes at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, decision-making, and presenting to large audiences.
  • A track record of delivering technical programs or products from conception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience with embedded systems and software for consumer devices.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware product development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with augmented reality technologies.
