Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you'll work closely with clients to prepare accurate and complete tax returns, while also identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and prepare tax returns
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business and increase client retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools, including video, phone, and chat
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
