Job Title: Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for a travel assignment in Forest Grove, Oregon.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 32 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:

To be considered for this travel assignment, you must have:

  • A current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
