Job Title: CDI Outsourcing Manager

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled CDI Outsourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare solutions team, you will be responsible for managing outsourced CDI engagements, ensuring high-quality clinical documentation, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outsourced CDI engagements to ensure high-quality clinical documentation and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve CDI operations and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CDI services
  • Monitor and analyze CDI performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to CDI staff to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or management)
  • 7+ years of experience in CDI management, preferably in an acute care setting
  • CCS certification or RN license with 5+ years of acute care experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in HIM, Nursing, or other healthcare clinical background
  • 10+ years of experience in CDI or HIM services consulting or coding functions
  • Strong ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and DRG methodologies experience
  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation, medical record coding, and healthcare billing
