Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
  • Guide field personnel to ensure project completion aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards as per specifications.
  • Develop and manage the construction schedule; proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Procure materials and arrange necessary inspections throughout the construction process.
  • Possess knowledge and experience across various trades involved in the project.
  • Effectively manage self-performed tasks alongside labor teams.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Prepare schedules and oversee the completion of final punch lists.
  • Champion job site safety, promote safe work practices, and promptly address any hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies by all employees and contractors.
  • Design site logistics plans and maintain an organized, clean job site, including the construction office.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree is preferred, ideally in construction management, though not mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in scheduling, procurement, field supervision, quality assurance, and overseeing all construction phases, with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to achieving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse personalities effectively.
