About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the RN with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
  • Respond to patient and family needs, taking a proactive approach to unit operations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or commensurate experience required.
  • Previous ESA/PCA experience required.
  • Nursing student with fundamentals of nursing and clinical component preferred.
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology essential.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Red Cross required upon hire.
