The facility provides comprehensive care to honorably discharged veterans, veterans' spouses/widows, and Gold-Star parents. Our team delivers long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care, and end-of-life/hospice care with compassion and dedication.

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will approach duties with a positive attitude and constructively support open communication, dedication, and compassion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lifts and transfers
  • Taking vital signs
  • Performing CPR and standard first aid
  • Assisting with meal feeding
  • Making beds, cleaning resident's rooms, and maintaining cleanliness and comfort of residents
  • Cleaning work areas and equipment, walls, and/or floors
  • Escorting residents on and off grounds to scheduled appointments and activities
  • Participating with residents in recreational activities
  • Communicating with residents to establish and maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
  • Attending meetings and in-service training sessions pertaining to client/resident care
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition and subtraction and in reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary
  • Be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment
  • CPR certification from AHA or ARC
