We are currently seeking a highly skilled Airline Transport Pilot to join our team as a Pilot in Command. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic flight department at Council Bluffs Iowa airport, operating a state-of-the-art Citation Longitude aircraft.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will hold a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate and a Type rating in applicable fleet, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation. They will be responsible for ensuring safe operation of flight, adhering to company and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe operation of flight, adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks, and record discrepancies according to SOPs.
  • Lead crew briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology, and coordinate with company personnel as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting special needs of passengers and providing quality service while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM experience.

Salary and Benefits:
