Corporate Flight Captain Job Summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a qualified PIC candidate for an established flight department taking delivery of a new 2024 Citation Longitude aircraft based in Council Bluffs Iowa at CBF airport. This is a three-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician flying part 91 and part 135 an average of 400 hours annually.

About the Role:

The Pilot in Command holds final responsibility to ensure aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. They comply with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight:
  2. • Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  3. • Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment, as required.
  4. • Utilizes Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
  5. • Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates with company personnel as required.
