Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to help our organization make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
- Data and Query Optimization: Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in an accessible and actionable format.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI including report creation, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong SQL querying, ETL skills and ETL processes.
- Experience with data and query optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
