About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team in Nashua, NH. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for supporting internal safety programs, risk assessment, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and coach site leadership and employees on EHS matters
  • Provide education and training to improve EHS deliverables and continuous improvement
  • Manage incident investigations, audits, inspections, and EHS communications
  • Assist with EHS standards, regulations, procedures, and initiatives
  • Analyze EHS data, manage records, and support corrective actions and audits
  • Facilitate training, maintain EHS files, and support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Fully rounded experience in both health and safety
  • Soft skills: self-driven, hardworking, confident, ability to communicate well
  • Willingness and desire to grow
  • Must be local to Nashua, NH
